Firefly Treehouse Cafe and Bar

The owners were very lovely. Was very accommodating and hands on tbh which was nice. When I asked what would he suggest for food he responded, “ our menus very small but we keep it close to our heart so everything tastes great. “ I loved that. I personally don’t eat vegetables but I ordered the stir fry and was blown away. Chicken was also superb and before I knew it my fiancé was already half way through her plate lol. Will for sure come visit again. Loved that they also take care of the animals in the area. They had a lot of dogs that looked like they were taken care of.

My sister and I spent two nights at Firefly Treehouse and had a fantastic experience! The owners, Terry and Lea, advertise this place EXACTLY how it is: beautiful, private, simple, and full of friendly dogs! The rooms are cozy and clean so I highly recommend staying the night if you plan to come to the falls. The food at the cafe bar is also fresh and delicious! Not only was the accommodation itself outstanding, but the character of the hosts made our whole trip to Siquijor worth it. They are outgoing, welcoming, and go out of their way to make sure you have the best stay possible. Make sure to give some love to their adorable 11 dogs Yes the road is a bit difficult to get to - which they do disclose to guests. The dogs may also be excited when you first arrive, but please trust in the owners that they know how to handle their own animals and they are not going to harm you in anyway!!! (I was attacked by a dog and in the hospital with rabies earlier this year and I was felt completely comfortable and safe around the dogs.) If you don’t like dogs then maybe this just isn’t the place for you

Food was great, power was out so I couldn't try the coffee. Friendly owners who make good food at a good price and it is a serving that actually fills you up. They have stairway access to Cabugsayan falls so you just pay 50 pesos environmental and don't have to do the raft and mandatory guide thing. Location is not as listed here, this location is just the turn off the main road, then the cafe is about 700m down a smaller road. Worth a stop for lunch, lots of shade and some hammocks to relax in. The Browne Town.

Lovely little cafe next to the waterfall! Super tasty Filipino food that is well priced. Nice vibe and music there too. Quite a muddy track down so we had to walk a little way

Terry and Lea have created a true paradise here – together with their 11 dogs! My girlfriend and I spent four nights in one of their cozy huts and it was simply amazing. Each day started with a refreshing swim at the waterfall, followed by a fantastic breakfast. The other meals were just as delicious and highly recommended. The hospitality and service here are outstanding – you can really feel that it comes from the heart. Terry also gave us great recommendations for activities and trips in the area. Thank you so much, Terry and Lea, for these wonderful days – we would love to come back!

Had the best time chatting with Terry over amazing coffee so much so that we delayed our departure and booked a room! This place is a real hidden gem full of very thoughtful touches by the wonderful hosts. It's peaceful, close to nature and the perfect place to unwind complete with 9 dogs and a waterfall.. what more could you want? Own transport advisable

Great food and coffee, Terry was a fantastic host. It was great to chat with a fellow Brit. The cafe is down a track which makes it harder to find. But follow the signposts and you will be fine. It’s worth a visit especially as Cabugsayan Falls are on the same site. Stunning scenery and very quiet!

Lovely stop for lunch and a coffee. Service was fantastic and food very tasty ! You can really tell how much attention and detail has been put into the place. Owner was so friendly! A waterfall is a short walk down from the cafe, we had so much fun on the swing and jumping platform Truely is a hidden gem !
